​Music Therapy Ireland (registered as 'Therapy Through Music Ltd')​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ is a health care service that provides Music Therapy mainly to vulnerable populations that have additional needs due to challenges such as autism, brain injuries, stroke, Alzheimer's, trauma, behavioural difficulties, emotional issues and depression.

​The service was established in Limerick city in 2010. The founding members were three graduates of the two year Music Therapy Masters programme from the University of Limerick. The founders identified the need for a Music Therapy service that could be easily accessible by service users and provided by qualified and regulated professionals on the field of Music Therapy.

Music Therapy Ireland has currently one clinic space in Dublin and also provides outreach services to nursing homes, residential facilities for people with additional needs, family resource centres and special needs schools both in Dublin and Limerick .
